Hi I may be off base in my understanding here, but if this means that the ECU and immo boxes have been unmarried? A local smith here happened to inform me that a dealer tool (trip to dealer is needed) if this occurs. So far I have not encountered it personally and will happily be educated differently if I have heard wrongly.

Hi, i'm wondering how did this one end up? I have a 2007 is250 in same situation, write new key by reading smart box 93c86 and programmed key by tango, everythig works, dash can be turned on security light off, button turned green as dpressing break pedel, engin will crank but not starting. Returned the 2nd day the car doesn't even crank and security light flashing....
