Look for the same memory dump.
Make is virgin, or post here.

thanks. looks like many dump files on the net but not 0391. does anybody have it?

Not all post the partnumbers.
Use a tool like winols, to recognized the correct file if needed.

not that experienced to use winols even dont know what 0391 means.
found a virgin file and used after coding with MB star but ESP gives error (saying incorrect ecu) although the car runs now. :(

Did you use the correct scn coding?

someone else did scn coding, I am not sure. I want to start all over with a new dump file from another same unit. is it possible to scn code this unit offline?

I used developer mode in Star.
So i never did it online.

What tool do I need to clone a SIM4LE?
And can I clone an ecu to a different part numberered one (if the part no has changed for the same ecu)?
Like A111533779 to A0001533579 ?

Actually I had to buy a new ecu from MB, so wondering if it can help saving to old one. (No way de-soldering the new one!)

You can read it with vvdiprog. Not write!
One pin needs to be lifted,.

Resolder Flash 29F400 with hot air.
Read with Programmer (Willem Programmer, VVDI Prog, ...)
Write the file from 29f400 to new used ECU.
SIM4LE dont have EEPROM, immo is in Flash 29f400
