Audi A4 B8 BCM 2 95320 eeprom corrupted

Hi guys!
Have an audi a4 b8 2009 and have problems with original bcm 2, find another bcm from another b8.
Change 95230 eeprom from original to new bcm, no work, solder back to original bcm , and now car won't start.
Probably flash/eeprom corrupted
Eeprom is 95230 and Flash is 70F3380ZM2(A1)
With vcds can connect to bcm without ignition on.
With what tools can repair this, or program keys.
I have max 600Euros(to buy tools).
Have read the original 95320 corrupted eeprom, and another good eeprom from same model bcm2.
If anyone can repair this, i really appreciate , i don't want free solution:)
