BMW X5-M CAS3+ not work

Hello,
urgently need help with CAS3 +
Wanted to install a new ECU, because the old at start already wastegate had errors and had no performance.
I've written with VVDI into the CAS3 + new ECU ISN NR.
Since then, I have no connection to CAS. I tried to write Ori EEprom and Flash but still no connection.
Did anyone have any idea why?

Why do that if just need make ecu clone.

What isn you wrote from where you got it?

If you have ori files saved writen and no com. Change cas and write ori files

Autohex just read everting and clone ecu

I do not have a Autohex. I found the mistake. a soldering spot was gone. now starts
