Hi i need to coding a diesel pump from that car, is it necesary to have pin from donnor diesel pump car?

the car doesnt start up now with that pump.

thanks!

you need to have pin code from your car and vcds cable
car battery to be more than 13v
your pin code
go to engine
login
enter your pin code do it
go back to adaptitaion 10
read 050 in channel number
read pin code
save done and go back and wait 2min with ignition off
after start the car enjoy!

Ok, so just necesary pin code from car not from fuel pump car donor great thanks!

And pin code could be read from engine ecu am i right?

Correct or do Immo off in flash work also . I post the solution long time ago

that car has not flash, it has two plc32, i tried to do it. reading pin with vag k can and trying to do the process with vagcom but i have problem with too many error comunication, i think my vagcom is almost dead.

Are you sure, that this 2002 AUDI is with this pump (immo related)?
Are you sure, that the new (second hand) pump is good?

Hii, yes second pump was unount from a running car with same engine.

I think problem is with my vagcom when i try to coding interface stop working.

Maybe the interface is fine, but when you try to coding, the ECU stops responding because of wrong condition, or missing functionality...

without learn immo car must start and stop. This is no problem in immo.....

they only swap fuel pump, not possible with vagcom enter on coding, car doesnīt start and stop just not start

Try with launch.

Post flash and eeprom of ECU here to remove immo and avoid wasting time with adaptation.

Hi car has not flash, it is old ecu, 2 PLC32 i can read them and upload files if it is possible to do it on plcs. thanks to all.

Hi.
If you have a regular vag kkl or vag k commander 1.4 / 2.5 you can turn off the immo in the engine control unit. (EDC15) If this does not give anything then you should check the ECU errors. Setting the timing and the pump itself. In addition, vent the pump well. Check also whether the engine fires on auto-sharpening, for example PLACK for cleaning, polishing upholstery.

Yees i had try that with vag k commander, no immo on this ecu i think, at least vag k commander doesnīt read it just on dash and pump, maybe problem is on pump timing, vcss no give any immo problem, i check it and it is correctly coding.

To disable immo in EDC 15 you need to read the eeprom from ECU motor. There is an option to read the pin and enable / disable IMMO.

yes i even tried that but no works, vg k commander doesnīt read pin from that ecu no idea why, maybe that car has not immo on ecu just on dash

So Read faultcodes from ECU engine. You can use vag kkl and vcds lite 1.2 or vcds hex can.

Hello

Could be air inside the injectors circuit?
Can you loosen an injector pipe to see if gasoil is flowing?

ivanrojo

No dtcs relative with start up one dtc of temeprature sender only, hi biela nice to read you, yes we have already purge the circuit, and yes gasoil flows on injectors if we loosen them.

So try to start the engine by injecting starting fluid. Something like that.

and check again:

slm. after 2002 the pump must be programed. you need pin code . to reactive immo . vcds 12.12 can do it. i change my passat 2004 106k .180hp i just reactive immo . the car start corectly

Yes, that's true. From 2001, it's immo III. And you have to adopt an injection pump with immo. Pin immo is the same in ECU engine and instrument cluster. If you turn off the immo, you have a good timing, the injection angle, the vented pump, if it is efficient (the same as the old one) should start. It is worth to try starting fluid first.

Last try was with starting fluid, engine deosnīt start up... so it is mechanical problem too but i still canīt understand why ecu cuts comunication when i try to coding.

I think you have something mechanically wrong in the engine. Using start fluid should work

.Injection pump swapping.
