Corsa 2008 1.3 CDTi not going out of waiting time.

Lads I have 2008 Corsa 1.3 CDTi the ECU water damaged, replaced new ECU and after reset new ECU the car is refusing to accapt orinal pin code when programming mode, keep saying 40:00 min waiting time, I left ignition on for 2 hours still same is there any other way to solve waiting time?
