Passat B7 1.8 TSI 180HP V-max limiter OFF posible? Simos 18.1

Hi!

I do Have a dump from VW Passat B7 1.8TSI from 2014 Year.
Car comes from USA and have oryginal V-max limiter to 180km/h.
The Ecu is Simos 18.1

is it possible to take down this speed limiter?

File read with MagProx17 Virtual read, maybe virtual read is without this limiter?
