VOLVO C30 RACE CAR OVERBOOST THROTTLE SHUT DOWN

Hi everyone,
I have a Volvo C30 (2500cc T 20valve 230cv v038_097 )that we have turned into a race car with larger turbo adjustable wastegate etc.
it is tuned to 16psi and runs perfect but occasionally it will overboost (usually after fast gearchange or when cold) and the throttle will not reopen until car is switched off and restarted then it is fine again . It throws a P603c and a P603D turbo control fault. we have removed the factory boost control and run a turbosmart wastegate set at 16 psi . can someone look at the tune and see anything obvious I have missed ?

Have logged with a scan tool and its definitely a throttle controlled power reduction , if you accelerate on full boost and get off the throttle momentarily then back to full throttle , the throttle does not open fully and will not open fully until throttle pedal is released fully then it will return to full throttle. there must be a ETC torque table that needs disabling.?? open to ideas??

Update to latest winrar 5.xx and you can open it for sure.
