Hello I have just put turbo core from here https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RACING-HYBRID-BILLET-TURBO-CORE-CARTRIDGE-FOR-AUDI-A4-A6-VW-PD130-GT1749V-717858/142943266274?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 into my car which has billet wheel, also straight through exhaust, cold induction kit

is it possible to make more power? even with smoke?
