A5 struck by lightning immo problem

Good morning to all , due to bad weather this car have alot of electical
trouble , i'v changed some elements , but now i have SAFE on the dash
and on bcm2 02241 to solve .
Here is the 2 files from a used good ecu , and the original , the vin on
the origina elcu is perfect , the keys is ok ,the remotes too , but the car
no crank here i pu the two files from the old and new ecu so if possible
to transport the data from the old to the new ( i dont know if the old is
ok) or at last make immo off on the new so i kan try to start , to know
is no more trouble .
Safe on dash is a problem but to make the car start is a beginning .
