Enigma Utility Problems

i have a problem, I`ve installed enigma utility with Usb driver, but I cant connect to Enigma, because the driver is missing.
What can I do?
Is there a way of installing drivers manually ?

Yes you could be right mate,
The support tell me now, that I should use win 7 with 32bit
