IMMO OFF Xantia2.0HDI - Still need help Please

Hello to all...
i have a little problem with this xantia 2.0hdi edc15c2 1plug..recieved OFF files in other thread on forum.
I have no options left so if please someone can give a help/opinion

begining: Car dont start, in diagnostic only erros related do immo;
decision: do immo off;

) I started by testeting immo off file via obd (car dont start);
) Wrote original file back to ecu (obd)
) Desoldered 5p08 wrote immo off file (Car dont start)
)With eprom immo off + wrote obd immo off file (dont start);
)now i have P1613 fault code;
)also noticed that fuel pump in tank gives no signal when turn ignition ON;

Actual status:
-doubt if car dont start because off bad immo off or if it is fuel pump related issue;
-Original 5p08 dump lost due to trying Read/write with minipro (also got new eproms and other programer to be sure that eprom file write is OK)

So..in this moment car is not starting, i have P1613 configuration Fault code, have doubts about immo off / Fuel pump, and cannot put ecu stock because ori eprom dump is lost...

Any sugestions, some opinions?
Would really apreciate help in this moment :)
