2013 chevy malibu cluster dead

2013 chevy malibu.
cluster completely dead,
checked fuses wires etc,
look like issue is int he cluster,
any idea what to look for to repair it?

did you have communication with the scan tool? code? maybe try to power up on bench to see if it work

He, I know it is may be late, but if you are just getting to this issue, there is usually a 1.2kohms resistor that looses connection due to heat. Check it and re-solder it properly or replace if it is bad. 731723
