Removing duplicate news and weather channels

If you were unlucky enough to run an update from an ntsc game and ended up with duplicate news and weather channels there is now a way to get rid of the dupe channels, in fact there is 2 ways!

You can either run the elf file from an sd card with the twilight hack (if you know how!) or you can burn the iso version to a dvd and just pop it in your wii and run it.

NOTE: Not for use with NTSC wii's only use with PAL wii's.

theres a newer version i think 2.1 wich which actually completly removes the channels from the system opposed to this wich just looks like there gone.
