Point me in the right direction, Please

I want to be able to download audio books onto cd... Please could someone explain how and where i download them from. I know a little about computers so not a total novice.:stupid:

you could also look at some torrent sites (there's lots), you will need a torrent client like utorrent (free), and a burning suit like, nero or ashampoo, it's not as difficult as you might think.
