change Km Peugeot 206 diesel 1.4 2006 bsi

Hi to all members, i need to change the bsi km of the peugeot 206 diesel 2006, I change the km with digiprog 3, but the car doesnt start, I read that digiprog 3 modify the km and other innecesary lines, please I need help. thanks in advance.572746
