Radio worked in car and was blocked after disconnect

I try powering it on the bench
I see power consumption when press Power, and consumption off when power off
But nothing on lcd

Does this model must normally power without car?

Yes. Should work without a car.

Check the connection of the panel to the main Board.
The connection may be broken when removing the radio

It was hardware problem,now radio works

One more question:
before entering code radio shows: 1000 I
I-means:
1. it will be first attempt?
2. code allready entered one time?
3. one attempt left?
