Grau Tec decrypted Eprom

mayby there is anyone of you who can help me.

I've got 27C512 in a Grau Tec KSM DIL28. I've read the eprom without the DIL28 board.

Could anyone encrypt the bin?

read it with the encryption socket on programmer, the data for cpu cant be crypted to make the car work
