Iveco 3.0D 170PS EDC17CP52 Torque monitoring off

Hello, i have problem with this ecu.
Tune file with tq monitoring untouched, car going into limp mpode


But when tune file with tq monitoring turned off via swiftec, car runs fine, but returns error p061a (related to tq monitoring) and flashing EDC error all the time on instrument cluster when im going this car on full throttle. can someone help?

Im need to turn off tq monitoring off properly, or p061a off ( swiftec does not finding this DTC )

I dont know how you edit software in this car if you have torq monitoring, I dont know how much I edit cp52, 20-30 cars and never have this problem......
