Hi everyone,
I don't suppose anyone knows where the Map sensor minimum and maximum voltage limits are located in the Bin file?
or if someone is able to modify them ?
2010 volvo c30 2500 turbo bosch me9.0 ecu 103S27442
bosch 0261209038
thanks

im using the original boost sensor but because it is in pipe before throttle body it can see 3-4 psi more when throttle closed very quickly so need to raise the error limits of the sensor and probably for the fault code trigger . I tried putting the sensor in the manifold after the throttle body but it fault codes when it sees vacuum . when I put the sensor limits to 0 volts minimum it still throws a P126B and P126D fault code, so that didn't work either. there must be boost maximum limit other than in the boost tables that is causing all the grief. the car runs perfect on 17psi but as soon as you change gear rapidly the sensor sees a momentary 3-4 psi boost spike and disables the throttle valve until you remove your foot from the throttle completely then you can accelerate again. I have put the boost sensor hose into the manifold with a vacuum valve in parrellel so that when the hose is in vacuum the valve opens . this works perfectly as the sensor never sees vacuum or the boost spike on gearshift but it is not the right way to fix the issue. the car is track only race car so id like to disable traction control completely as well.
