VW T4 Edc15 1.9Tdi Cold Start

This car has bad start when cold... But okay when hot... Can someone fix this?

No problem trying again.
It doesn't work when you wait 5 minutes.

There is no fault code.
fuel pump new.
There is a valve to prevent the fuel from going back.
i tried another ecu.
problem same

reapair car, 1.9 tdi must start without any problem.

Man are you sure the engine is 1.9, this ecu is for 2.5tdi ACV engine.....it seems to me there is another problem.
