Help with diagun 2 please...

hi, i have a x431 diagun 2 on my workshop, recently won't work like usual... i remove the memory card (2gb SD) and try to read as usual and nothing, try several ways and nothing. its broken but i never save a backup from it :retard:

can anyone help me with a backup? a friend of mine send me a backup from his x431 pro but it work with android and don't work on my diagun 2 (winCE)...

please help me.
