Hi mates!

I programmed a BE key for W203 with HC908 EZS and I've got some problems. During driving the car, the consumers are powering off, the suction fan is working at max RPM and the faults:

B1025 The input signal 'circuit 15' is not o.k.
B1032 The input signal 'circuit 15R' is not o.k.

are recording on SAM-F control unit. I tried many EZS(2035450108, 2035450308, 2035450508) but always I have the same problem. The original keys seem to work good.

Is there any known compatibility issue between HC908 based EZS and BE china keys? I tried the VVDI keys and 2 batteries keys, always the same problem...

As above, program original NEC key.

Is your BE key from Xhorse?

So the next evidence that those xhorse keys are not 100% working (as been said) and I think none of BE keys will ever work 100%.

I'm just saying you are the next person who proved that Xhorse BE keys are not 100% compatible with all types of EIS as it's being advertised.

BE keys work OK on that EIS/EZS........ I use BE and AVDI keys and there is no difference to the same EIS in Vito... and I do not use VVDI.....so maybe it is their key that has issues with that EIS...

Easy by changing the PCB or the chip could be changes but its not programmable one time only

Since w203 EZS is losing comunication with other modules this is tipically coil problem . This is also happening at original key when coil is damaged .So , chinese BE keys does not have exact inductance.

I could say, your EZS internal electric contacts are not contacting good anymore. Typical problem also in Vito EZS.
Just remove the plastic drum for the key from motherboard (desolder three pins of antena and another 3 of relay coil)
Underneath you can find three contacts. Sometimes cleaning is enough, sometimes they were too hot and not getting enough force to make contact.
If you have another EZS for parts, replace these contacts and it will be OK.
Newer W203 has square plastic block where these contacts are inside. But you have HC908 version, so older one.

I would say its a coil issue as many times happened this with me and many members in this forum.

i think massiwe is right. I know this problem.
why should it be due to the coil? if there is a problem, you can not turn the key. The coil is only for the voltage supply of the key. communication with ice is only possible via ir. terminals 15 and 15r are switched via purely mechanical contacts.
another problem would be the sam and especially the relays for terminal 15 and 15r.
Very often there are tyco relays that are causing problems.

in fact its EZS fw fault, but orig key v51/57 work ok, thats right :listen:
i fixed this issue in Xhorse benz keys, that mean latest Xhorse benz keys are 100% work on W203 EZS with this issue
i self tested it on one W203 where available this fault.... ;)
but not all W203 have this problem, mostly only 2000/2001 years and only some ezs part numbers :listen:
who have interested, can send few fixed pcs for test on W203 ;)
