Question : delphi DCM3.4 calculator was stolen

I want to share with a probelem with the car of my friend Peugeot 508 . His delphi DCM3.4 calculator was stolen.

We bought an ECU already used delphi brand DCM3.4 DDS CMM DW10B + CEMO (I think have a 95320 eeprom ).

My question is: what is the procedure to start the car again?

NB: what is available :
- XProg V5.84
- Hot air station
- Ktag + Kess on arrival

If I understand correctly, just do a dump in this new calculator and find how can make immo off in this dump. after plug the ECU and the car can start. ?
