I attach a file from a BMW, it has a memory of 93s56 and 313126 km, I need it to show 240000 km, the tachosoft solution and nyo is not working. After the change in line 040, there are still no changes on the meter.

Your dump Is Bad
LICZNICK 4;7 or NYO 'can not find the good mileage
try to read in mode 93C56X16 whit UPA or 93S56
tou can change the mileage via obd or in the table with tacho pro 2008 or Other tool

dump read welon 796.
It is not possible that file is bad. That file was read many times by welon x16.

Think dump is ok, is it low or high version?

am I fixing a little BMW and then recognizing it? FVDI does not connect to this meter. Carprog is not either. I do not have a plugin

You dont know the diffrence between the Low and High version I see.

The mileage address would be different in low and high? I'm asking because maybe I think badly.
As far as I can remember, mileage in the address 040.
