i need dpf off for bmw x5 3.0 dde3 edc16cp35 , solution from ads not good ,i did reset before doing programming , but after some drive fault fap come back

Here is original e70 file 235hp from my car and another file tuned up, both read with kess.
I want to put tuned file in my car, but software versions is different.
In my car is: Bosch EDC16CP3 HW: 0281014205 SW: 1037387340
tuned car is: Bosch EDC16CP3 HW: 0281014205 SW: 1037500775
both e70 are same Power of 235 horse power and are same year 2007, the different is what my car is se and friens car is M sport.
Here question, can I put tuned file with different sw to my car?
