Anyone able to remove the speed limiter from Iveco Daily Bosch edc17 London, Essex, Kent or somewhere around m25? I'm happy to pay. Please PM me.

What is the best tool to read/write edc17 so I can upload file then maybe someone can help me remove speed limiter? It’s possible to read thru obd or need to be open?
