Bmw e90 ecu DDE 7803372 help

plzz help, i have bought ecu and ews and key on ebay, i changed it but the car did not start, i tried key learning but it didn`t `work.

is there any immo off for the dde or need to synchronise?

Attache file but doesnt think there is immo off solution out there for free.
But if EWS or CAS and DDE + Key everything okay, it should work.
