clone edc16cp34 (0281014406) audi q7 or immo off

i friends.
I have the ecu(0281014406) edc16cp34 hw04 of an audi q7 that has gotten wet. Previously I had a full bdm copy of that ecu. I have bought another compatible (0281013684) edc16cp34 hw05.
I've tried two other ecus before, but one was broken, and the other was not compatible.
I need o immo off, o clone, but than the car stars.
I have a question, the files to be copied to the new ecu, is only the eeprom (cloned or with immo off), or I have to copy mcu, and flash.

The solution haskyxp is aeton, I try with this solution, and I have write only eeprom in new ecu, and car don´t star.

I think that if I do not copy the other files, it shows many errors. Because although the ecu is compatible, it is programmed for an a8 not for a q7
