BMW 540i 1997 Bosch 0 261 203 474 ISN or mmo off needed

Hi Everyone

I have a 1997 BMW 540i

ECU: Bosch 0 261 203 474
Memory: cant find a correct memory device

Another Locksmith tried to read EWS to make spare key and now the EWS dump is FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Can someone help me to read this DME so that I can get the ISN to adapt a EWS

I am sure if I want to immo off I will use Julie emulator but hoe to read data on DME to edit it and write back for Julie emulator
