2 problems, please help

I have two problems, with 2 carradios.

-First is VDO, (philips 22rc280/65s), made in france

dump readed and attached, need code and kill im*o, radio go to another car

- Second carradio is VW BETA CC

Can`t make connection with 68HC05B6 (if I have right?), cut all wires on pcb, ....
radio work, ask for code, can somebody help with any hint to solve this, or with serial ?

1. I think you need to write new VIN in dump. (old vin is:VF32HRHYF42172648 and code is 4313). VIN is stored in clear in last line.
2. No serial. You must read MCU very easy with UPA.
MCU is: MC68HC05B8.

I try Your suggestion, rx, tx and reset, pick up, but no sucess, not can made communication with MCU, carradio Ok, work, ask for code, I not have any idea, what is problem, why dont have comm. I am try to read with MAX232 interface, polish programmer, Motorola cracker xx, but nothing. Any hint ?
