Powering up Ford F150/250/350 cluster from 2009 and up on bench?

Hello guys, I would like to throw this question to the Forum.
There is a way to power up those clusters on bench. I have tried several times with the CAN and the Power up pinout, but nothing works.
There is any procedure to do so?
