Mercedes Vito 2002-2010 EIS problems !

Hi guys


Can anyone advise on the problem with these EIS ?
from years 2002-2010
I get called to loads around my area with the EIS dead
Nothing


Is there an easy fix besides reading hc08 or 9s12 and transfering to another box ?
