can someone help with this immo off its a renault clio 2 1.4 16v ems 3134 ecu.
i have try with immokiller with no luck.
any help would be appriciated.

I don't think it is possible because this has CAN immo. You can start the car with emulator and bypassing the UCH but it's not very clean solution (lost of dash indications etc.).
