Bosch EDC16C31 help please

Hi,
i have wake up error with kess v2 5.017 clone while trying to read BMW 525D 120kw 2007 yr.
i use ksuite 2.23.
In ksuite list i won't see BMW 525D option with 120kw engine,but i see 130kw version,if i choose different version(like EDC16C35),ksuite says choose protocol 159.
When i choose it,wake up error while trying ECU ID.(ksuite won't even let me choose kline or can)
So what's the problem,never had issues with 5.017.
I borrowed friends MPPS v18 clone and it read it without problems.
Does it bad clone or kess v2 5.017 have specific issues with these type of ecus?

Choose canbus or kline

Can’t,kess won’t let me to do it with protocol 159.

Try with edc16c31 and you can choose can or kline. If can not work, try kline, if no work, choose options "slow"

Try going through bmw e90 197 PS 6MT with edc16c35 on protocol 165, if it needs 159 u need to choose edc16c1 MT or AT depends on ur car. Can. Same engine kess worked for me.

Make sure you use battery pack and on Kline change pull up
