Why are you writing different sw file? :itsme:
You need to restore full ori file by bdm now

you read the flash in multi boot mode? or standard MPPS?
If you read as MPPS you get only maps of the flash, if you have use multi boot you have full flash.... easy to recover...
if you have second similar ecu try to read only full flash.......and swap...... i know that ecu in fiat have immo code on flash
opel i think it doesn't, that's the only different of the two versions (fiat Opel), the immo....

Hi, this is full BDM files for your ECU
Upload to ECU and with TECH2 or OPCom make it immo virgin ( PIN 2047 )
After that you can easy adapt it
Use MPPS multitool ( or BDM if it don't work )
Or try to read your files by BDM and send it here for check

Yes you can write it with KTAG, but try to read before and send files that you can read, I will check if I can repair your files

DTH and DTJ ecu is same Hardware, if they are two MJD6O3 you can use any DTH and DTJ ( but you need full dump MPC / FLASH / EEPROM )

Yes you can, just have to code immo with pin that i give to you
After that just need to code variant, VIN, and injectors

Have you read the original ECU file? Rewrite in BDM and the car will start
