Hi,

I have lost the code card from my Audi RNS-D. And lately, when I got my car back after the timing belt change, my rnsd asked for a code... I tried 2 codes that I thought were right ;) But it seems like my memory isn't that good... Now the unit is saying SAFE and I cannot enter any more codes. I have read in the manual that after 2 hours driving, it should let me enter the code again.

I have tried to generate the code from some generators and none lets me enter AUZ1Z1 type serial numbers... so I tried mixing the model number (8) 618 and the Audi serial which gave me a 10 digit serial... and this gives me codes : 0426 or 0201...

Do you think this could work ?

Close mate ..but the BP first thre digits ..are the second group of three...in your case 842.... But as I explained in the PM ... its stored in the FIS unit ... The Stealer ..or local decoder ...sorry (again)
