MINI COOPER 2017 RADIO NOT WORK

Dear FriendsI have a Mini Cooper of the year 2017 with 1200 kilometers, the car completely new, the driver states that he was driving the vehicle listening to music from the radio and from one moment to another the radio went out and now it does not work anymore.
try to scan but the radio is without communication. I checked the wiring, fuses and connections, but everything is fine. Apparently for some reason this radio has some software problem, Is there any suggestion to solve this problem? thanks for your support

Exactly that is what I have proposed, but the client can not claim the guarantee because he has brought this car of direct import from another country. And here at the dealership they do not accept to give any guarantee.

Ok then go and ask offical service about this problem,because radio is too new,just that you know is common problem or something else ?
