Audi A5 EDC17CP44 doesn't start after programing

Hey mates. Can anybody help me with my problem?
I programed an Audi A5 3.0TDI CDUC EDC17CP44 with an modded Virtual Read on OBD with my Magpro2 X17.
The programing finished succesful, but car doesn't start? The other ECU's in car don't have communication with Engine ECU any more.
It seems that the MOD-file was bad. I tried to recover or write update with Magpro, it even don't start programing. ODIS-E wasn't also able to recover. I tried also Kess with VR-Ori, also dont start programing.

Now i read out witth KTAG on table, can anybody check this files and try to fix it? I have also ORI-VR-files from Magpro or kess if needed.

is this immo off eeprom file? What about the MPC?
And what do you mean do error code default? Should i delete DTC's with diagnostics or turn the DTC's off in MPC?

simple write vr kess file with ktag after that ecu work

and mod only second block

not the first one

and multiplex and so on let it original

Rewrite the original MPC file with ktag
