Is there a way to patch into the back of these without pulling the needles off? tacho says it has a 93c66, but I don't see it on the back so it must be on the inside behind the o~~~~~y. Also, does anyone have power up for this?

I believe you are correct. If you are afraid of removing the pointers, warm them up with a hair dryer first. Check the power up section or BBB industries page for the connector pinout.

I wasn't afraid, I was just going to see about doing it that way first in case i couldn't find the power up.
