problem dpf light and recovery pcr 2.1 golf VI

Hi fiend, i have a problem with a golf 6 with engine cay 1.6 with ecu simos pcr1.2.


This machine have the dpf light on and recovery mode. In diagnosis error p2458 (regeneration not completed or similar) and with error p242a relative to the temperature sonde on the turbo.


I tried in every way to turn off this light: with odis, vcds and others diagnostic, but there 'no way, always on, reset differential sensor, and all functions related to the dpf reset but nothing always on.


Then I try to remove the filter and put the file with dpf off, and always with the light on dpf, but without errors in memory, but always car in recovery. File solution dpf and egr is tested by me at many cars, and never any problem, but i test always without the light dpf on.


Anyone have a way to solve the situation?

dpf off needs working sensors maybe the temp sensor needs changing

Reset DPF by the vcds on the stock file.

You have to make replacement of DPF that in data list accumulation of soot was equal to zero.

I have test all option in vcds, odis, delphi, brainbee etc.. but light is on.
If all sensor work ok, i can terminate regeneration if dpf is empty?
accumulation is 0

If no limit mode - drive the car 20-50 km.
