Hello DK friends ..Im looking for virgin file for Ford Escape 2015y ,becouse EEPROM memory is damage. I was loaded some file with this same number of ECU ,and still diagnosis show error U0300 internal module software incompatibility.
Number ecu is CJ5T-14B321-AH 0 285 012 641 eeprom 95640

Edit: Not a virgin file, but its a tested working file. Why don't you try as built data programming. If you program the module using Ford As built data, you can get rid of U0300 internal module software incompatibility.

Use Maxisys to re-program the module, and manually enter the as built data codes.
