i want a game like command & conquer ?

but ive not played in ages, i gave up on the playing pc version of command and conquer years ago when they changed from normal weapons and armys to futureistic stuff, i like the old stuff, cant beat guns, cannons, tanks etc etc.

anyway, is there another game for the pc like this out now modern day ?

I hate futureistic stuff, but iam i guess i could try ancient medieval stuff, although i stress again i would prefer modern day stuff, but iam open to options,

appreciate any info.

You may enjoy:

Company of Heroes - Has a number of expansion packs also.
Battle for Middle Earth - Also made by EALA, Command and Conquer developers, also uses the same engine.
Total War - Plenty of games in this series, you may be able to find one that interests you ;)

Try "Arthur: The roleplaying wargame". It's a bit difficult to find it, but trust me, it worth the price...

Hi m8, i'm a big fan of c+c too, try total war shogun or t w rome, medieval needs a better graphics card so i've not played it much, game usually sell them as a 3 for ?10! games, not graphics cards!

might try Dawn of war, its futuristic, but still guns, cannons, tanks, ect, with melee units and super weapons. for a futuristic game, its one of the most realistic i have ever played. DoW 1 series plays a bit like starcraft, DoW2 is a new style all its own.

Yeah on the C&C Generals. Age of Empires was pretty good, just don't recall which one I had.

C&C was a great game, I think version 1.6 was the best, but really good game Quake 3 I play it very very long.

starcraft 2 is your best bet probably the best out there,i would also try the Warhammer 40k Dawn Of War series they are all mega fun. Another good game:saint: would be World In Conflict games there pretty awesome if you just want normal army combat.
