Delphi 2015.0 or 2016.0 On Windows 10 64 bit, Activation reset on computer restart

Hey

I have windows 10, 64bit.
Both programs worked fine on first install, but when i restart the computer the activation is lost. When you do it again it works then.
i have try whit out antivirus and firewall but same result.

anyone have figure out? what is worth of try ?

the same problem i have contact aliexpress he sold me opd2 delphi and told me the problem is windows 10 64 they recommended me to install windows 7 to delphi
