Oops, I made a mistake there and had it inverted, string should be 00 0e 27 07 ff f1 d8 f8

Its a hex to decimal conversion using windows calculator, this will show you better. the next four bytes are the Xor

120,000.000

https://bikubik.com/en/number-120000000-0x7270E00.html

Repeated 8 times because that is how they designed it.

if you see the eeprom why dont you desolder from dash?...For a good reading of the eeprom try to desolder always the eeprom from cluster before reading

Thanks for your answer, I have read many times that and understand that is risky but sometimes I need to go with the client and it is difficult to bring my equipment and connect to desolder, for that reason is useful to me to know what vehicles can be done with the clip of the digiprog on board

Man, could you explain me in wich part is the risk of reading on board an eeprom? I'm just a beginner in this, I mean why is risky to do this? because of the other components in the board like capacitors and resistors that could do a bad reading or using the clip does not do a good contact with the eeprom?

Here you have an example why it's better always to remove eeprom before reading:

What would happen if nobody tells him that his file is badly read and then he edits it?

I need to desolder the eeprom and then solder it in the adapter or is enough to desolder and then put in the clip or another adapter without soldering again? and for example in a honda CR-V 2012 I think the eeprom has a TSSOP package and someone suggest to solder in the points next to the eeprom, in this case is secure to read that way?
