V40 CEM crash

Hi,
I search solutions for CEM crash reset in Volvo V40 2016r, I try with tool:
-Launch (not have option reset)
-Vida 2014(not recognized this VIN)
-Autel MS908 (not have option reset)
-AVDI oe have function but ended "unknown error"


How can I do outside of Volvo online?

I Try too, i have KTS. KTS work good with old Volvo but not with this model.
