Hi guys I’m trying to reprogram a 2008 Prius chip in 89990-47023 (tel:89990-47023) immo would much rather flash a simple virgin bin I attempted to ID the keys in buffer editor and made some guesses of the two keys I have (sks smart keys) the original master will not let me add it after but the new one meant to be second master and new to ECU went ahead and programmed ok but oddly enuf I can not add the original key back I tried over and over. Also my prox won’t program so that’s definitely due to my messing up with editor. I have searched everywhere for a virgin file can not find one this chip is marked S2943 and had no problem flashing it just upped volts a bit
I also have a question if someone knows, in the main ECU I checked to see what eeprom it had and it’s at Ic901 apperently as this is an encrypted key fob do you think I need to only reprogram just the immo and reset ECU which I tried after the flash btw with no luck on original key any ideas would help ?
