Drivers UPA windows 7

Hello, dear. Is it possible to install the UPA programmer on windows 7? I am looking for drivers.

Install with compatibility mode
right clik on exe >properties>check box run this program> xp mode >and change setting for all users...

Go to your drive C: and in the Programs should be a ELRASOFT inside it as a file Drivers and should be there. (https://www.elrasoft.com/)
