communication problem of ECU

Hello,

I have the problem below and i need an explanation.

Problem:Two diagnostic scanners-Autel,Autocom could not communicate with Fiat Doblo ECUs except PCM,there is no any problem with the car.Scanners work good with other cars as well.What might be the reason of communication problem with other ECUs while they all work fine.

You can always change the transciever IC in the ecu it looks like a eeprom 8 pin I forget the silkscreen part number.. but first make sure all your grounds the ecu are intact as well any power feeds...
