Hi could someone sync these together please?
Car starts then dies. Originally no comms with immo. Installed new immo box from dealer and after first ignition turn it paired with ori transponder but still dies when you start. We have comms now though, so maybe just sync?

Thanks

Hello Mate!!!

Peugeot 107 shared the same immobilizer system with TOYOTA and is known as TOYOTA AYGO.This said, with reference to the origin of the problem described, you probably have ECU Immobilizer - Engine ECU lost of synchro. To restore this, try the following known synchro procedure.Prior to this make sure the battery is fully charged

1) With a piece of wire, bridge Terminal #4 and terminal #13 of the Diagnostic socket (DLC)

2) Switch the igniton ON

3) Wait for 30 - 35minutes with the ignition ON (during this, the Airbag and Check light will be blinking)

4) After 35 minutes remove the piece of wire and try to start the car

NB: in some systems fitted with BOSCH ECU, the Check Engine light will not blink following bridging of the terminal 4 and 13.Should you experience that, do not mind just wait for the 35 minutes and try to start the car.

Good luck

Already tried to sync the manual way, no joy. With launch it says unsuccesful and techstream has no option. Strange this is, when I cloned the 4d transponder using vvdi key tool it would fire first time but then die after that...not sure if that gives any clues.

Thanks Kev. Loaded file onto ECU, still the same I'm afraid.

The files I originally posted are original files. I have attached another file to this message which was using a new transponder but the result was the same. The photo attached is original transponder on the right and new transponder on the left.

I am thinking we need to recheck the wiring but I have conflicting diagrams. I have attached 2 photos of the immo and ecu plugs, can anyone assist with pin out?

I used to deal in 107 c1 aygo and have had very simular problem after some welding with no battery connected to car. It blew ecu to bits so i put a new ecu on it and synced it but still wouldnt start. I used delphi and even though it was a 107 i went in as aygo as you get more info in live data. In live data went in immo and saw that immobiliser was active So i changed immo box and coded new key directly via tango and immo eeprom. Started 1st turn of key. If it wasnt for delphi i wouldn't have known where to look. You can make sure your key is working in live data in immo try 1st time with key in normal and see if it says active, then undo the aerial and move it away from key and try again should change and prove proof of concept. Hope it helps a little.

Yes it's had a new immo box and key is active. Immo box is seeing key no problem, the ecu is not seeing immo. That's the problem

I know this is old now but did you ever resolve this?

No, I've not sorted it yet as I had thought I'd step back for a week. Still in the garage, I'll be having another look this week and report back.

No worries i like to know fixes incase i ever end up with the same problem. Your a star for letting me know. The worst one i had took 2 weeks to sort. After the welder destroyed the ecu i fixed everything and it should have started but still wouldnt. I was getting no pulse to coil packs so assumed it was still an immo problem. In the end after new ecu coding new key in and resync ecu changed under dash loom and engine loom, it turned out that all 3 coil packs was blown to bits too and causing ecu to shut down not sending pulse for coil packs. Changed 1 coil pack and it fired but ruff as nails. 3 coil packs later it run mint. A lot of head scratching went on.

You will get there dude.

Hi, im having the same issue with my C1. I took your advice and took my Delphi out, when i have the key in pos 2 the immobiliser says inactive, when turning off the key it says Active. What does that mean? Something wrong there? I bought a used immobox with keys and ignition lock, i plug it in and still the car cranks, runs maybe 2 sec and then dies. Maybe i need to do something more, program it or so?

I can also buy the ECU that is originaly from the immo box i bought, should i do that?

Hello. I'm having same problem with P107. Originated after flat battery
Runs for 2 seconds then stops. Then it continues to crank but no start.
IF you disconnect battery for a day you can then get another 2 second run . No fault codes read from OBD2
Fitted another key set , ECU, immo , BCM but same problem .
Strange how disconnecting battery allows another 2 second run ?
So cannot be wiring but could it be earth? This problem is commonly reported but not solved
i am still checking out earths . ( I fitted a basic standalone ECU and proved that engine will run)
Any new ideas thanks

Hello, I'm digging up the subject a bit but I'm facing the following problem:

I've lost the key to my Citroen C1. I bought another key with another carrier.

I have the dump of my immobox which I attach it. Is it necessary that I also dump my ECU?

This one was supposedly virginized by a professional (I enclose the dump) but after the synchronization procedure it doesn't work... Just the starter is activated but no injection....

The famous professional is in a panic and can't do anything right. I've got the equipment, so I'd like to try and do it myself...

If anyone can help me that would be great! thank you

I read my dump with toyota 4D key tool and I got my code to Program on transponder I guess...
